Where are you based? 

We are based in Singapore. All orders are processed and shipped out from Singapore. 

 

What currency do you charge by?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

 

Do you have a physical store? 

We do not have any stores at the moment, however, you may find selected products at our stockists here — Stockists

 

Do you provide international shipping?

What are your shipping charges & options?

Do you offer self-collection? 

We do not offer self-collection at the moment. 

 

Has my order been shipped out?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 3 working days upon order confirmation — Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, from 10am to 8pm (GMT +8). You will receive an email notification with a parcel tracking number when your order has been shipped out. You may also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click the account icon at the top right hand of the page to login. 

 

I have not received my parcel, why is it taking so long? What should I do? 

Upon email notification that your order has been shipped out, you should receive your parcel in —

Domestic orders (Singapore) : 3 – 5 working days

International orders (Asia) : 4 – 8 working days

International orders (Rest of the world) : 8 – 12 working days

All parcels will include a Registered Article Number for tracking, you may track your shipment at www.singpost.com

While we try our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, shipping delays due to severe weather, holidays in your local area, service interruptions, etc, are beyond our control. 

 

I made a wrong order! Can I cancel it? 

All orders are considered final upon checkout. We do not offer any cancellation of orders. 

 

I purchased the wrong size / colour, can I get an exchange? What about a refund? 

All orders are considered final upon checkout. We do not offer any form of exchanges, returns or refunds. Product measurements are provided on all individual product pages, please ensure you have selected the right size and colour before checkout. 

 

Why do the colours of the product differ from the product images?

We try our best to provide product images with accurate colour representation. However, colours may differ slightly due to studio lightings and other variables, such as computer monitor settings. Please refer to the close up images for an accurate depiction of the shade. 

 

I received an incorrect / defective item, what should I do? 

Please drop us an email at info@thecultofnine.com with your order number and a snapshot of the incorrect item / defective area, and we will get back to you shortly.
